A Maltese Tail
Emily was born in London, England but grew up on the island of Malta, just 20 miles off the coast of Sicily. Her family is involved in the hospitality industry owning one of the oldest bars in Malta called The City of London Bar.
Emily Studied Hospitality management and traveled around different
countries working in hotels including London, UK, Sydney, Australia, Cannes, France, Crans Montana Switzerland and of course New York City.
She grew up with cats mainly but living in the USA the last 13 years, fell in love with all her friends dogs and became known affectionately as "The Fairy DogMother."
Emily has always enjoyed cooking and entertaining friends and family so she decided to share her expertise by expanding her group of happy diners to include her favorite four legged friends. She started baking dog treats for them and soon realized they were becoming quite popular. Her close friends’ pups so enjoyed her treats that she decided other dogs should enjoy them too so she started Posh Pup Treats.
Emily currently lives by the beach, in Long Beach, New York.
Emily jokes that New Yorkers hear her accent and ask where she's from. "I'm Maltese, like the dog!"
